One of our studio’s favorite writer-collaborators, James King, recently won the “2010 Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award,” beating 6,500 others for the top prize. James’ novel, “Bill Warrington’s Last Chance,” has just been published by Viking, an imprint of the Penguin Group, and is on sale now at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Borders. Watch the trailer which was designed by our studio. A review by Deborah Donovan of Booklist says it all: “Part road odyssey, part coming-of-age tale, King’s novel achieves the exact right balance of humor, redemption, and reconciliation.” It’s a wonderful book and I encourage everyone to buy a copy!

We celebrated the move to our new office space with a festive picnic-pa-looza, along with many of our clients, partners, children, parents, and friends. It was great to talk with everyone face-to-face, which is increasingly rare nowadays. Steve designed the promotional materials and Nora, Laura, and Mary Ellen coordinated the event. Excellent job all!
