Book Featured in the 2018 Print Regional Design Annual

One of our projects, a sales book called All About Muehlstein, was selected as a winner in the 2018 Print Regional Design Awards competition and will be featured in the the HOW + Print book “The Best of Design,” scheduled to be released in Spring of 2019. The piece was designed by Steve Habersang, illustrated by Kate Bingaman Burt, and written by Philip Davidson and Damian Mullin of Muehlstein.

CADC Awards Show Winners

Our team earned 11 awards at the 44th Annual CT Art Directors Club Awards Show, including work for Muehlstein, Mount Sinai Health System, The University of New Haven, Brigham Health, Sarah Lawrence College, Realytics, RiverRoad, Ideal Fish, Green Chimneys, The Marlin Company, and our studio. Congratulations all, including attendees from left to right Hannah, Vivian, Steve, Iris, Bria, Cindy, and Winsland.

Creative Quarterly 52 Selects Muehlstein Book

Our entry “All About Muehlstein,” a hard cover sales book designed by Steve Habersang, written by Philip Davidson, and illustrated by Kate Bingaman-Burt, has been selected to be published in Creative Quarterly 52, due out in October 2018.

2018 HOW International Design Awards

Our Unsolved Mysteries calendar was selected as a winner in the HOW International Design Awards competition. Concepted by our staff, designed by Bria, and illustrated by Cindy, the piece will be featured in the Spring 2018 issue of HOW Magazine.

Congratulations from the AAMC

We were notified by the Association of American Medical Colleges Group on Institutional Advancement that our entries for the Brigham and Women’s Print Magazine as well as the Online Magazine have been chosen to receive awards in the Awards for Excellence competition. The publications were designed by Steve Habersang and the online magazine was developed by Hannah Wool.

We received notice from GDUSA Magazine that our work was selected as a winner in the 2017 American Graphic Design Awards competition. The project chosen was All About Muehlstein, a sales book created for the company. We received notice from GDUSA Magazine that our work was selected as a winner in the 2017 Health + Wellness Design Awards competition. The project chosen was the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Brigham Health magazine. The piece was designed by Steve Habersang; illustrated by Michael Hoeweler, T.M. Detwiler, Chris Gash, and Cindy Lau; written by Joy Howard, Jennifer Reardon, and Lauren Thompson; and photographed by Anton Grassel, Larry Magget, Stu Rosner, and Len Rubinstein; and programmed by Hannah Wool.

Identity Program Included in Logo Lounge Book 10

An identity program created for Ravago Recycling by Art Director Steve Habersang has been chosen for inclusion in the new book “Logo Lounge 10.” From the publisher: “Your work was picked from among the 40,000 logos reviewed by our international judging panel of design superstars, including Andreas Karl, Aaron Draplin, Von Glitschka, Alex Tass, Chad Michael, Yo Santosa, Emily Oberman, Su Mathews Hale, Felix Sockwell and Alex Trochut.” The new book will be released by Rockport Publishers in 4Q17. NSPRA 2017 Award

The “Excellence is the Point” annual report we produced for the Stamford Public School system received an award in the National School Public Relations Association’s 2017 Publications and Electronic Media Contest. The piece was designed by Vaughn Fender, written by Sharon Beadle, and photographed by John Martin.
