The ideal candidate has a computer science degree from a four year school and continues to learn on his/her own through online classes. A Front End Developer utilizes HTML, CSS and jQuery to develop user interfaces for our client's websites and digital tools. The responsibilities include:
- Work together with our web designers to plan new projects.
- Implement responsible web design principles to ensure that websites render well across multiple devices.
- Design frameworks that grow with the needs of our clients.
- Monitor website performance, identify site usability problems, and rectify issues.
- Plan future client website upgrades with the design team.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of a respected four year design school who is passionate about great design, can approach projects from a strategic perspective, and plays well with others.
Musts:
- BFA in graphic design.
- Deep knowledge of the Adobe suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. AfterEffects and Sketch is a plus.
- Impressive portfolio of design work including identity, digital, and print.
- Strong strategic instincts and a solid work ethic.
- Ability to communicate at a high level with clients verbally and via e-mail.
- Desire to work on a wide range of projects.
- Willingness to dive in to help on both administratively boring and creatively exciting stuff.
- Passions outside work that make lunch conversations more interesting.

The ideal candidate is an undergraduate student in a rigorous design program who is passionate about design, storytelling, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Must love pizza.
Must also have:
- Relevant work experience or be a 3rd year graphic design student.
